Terms of service

1. The service
colada.systems (“we”, “the operator”) runs the pastebin service available at anyja.hu, used for sharing text content (“pastes”). By using the service you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Registration and your account
- Registration requires a real email address that you use.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password secret and for activity on your account.
- Users under 18 may only use the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use the service to:
- share content that violates applicable law (e.g. unauthorized copyrighted material, hate speech, endangerment of minors, fraud),
- distribute malware,
- publish another person's personal data without authorization,
- abuse the service (e.g. denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized access attempts, circumventing rate limits).
4. Moderation
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice, and to suspend or delete the associated account.
5. Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is”, without any availability guarantee. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service.
6. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for content uploaded by users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Hungary.
